Keeping it Alive

So now that you went through the planning process, delivered a fabulous family reunion, built stronger family relations its now time for your vacation, right? You can now pass the responsibilities onto the next reunion chair, right?

Wrong, it's now time to look back, make sure everything has been documented in journal form and close out the reunion by officially passing off a completed reunion packet to then next chairperson. Items in this packet might include:

- Your LDSreunion.com forms used to organize your reunion.
- Picture files
- Documentation on all costing/budgets
- List of assignments
- other documentation

Build Your Unique Family Reunion Binder + Files

You need to be sure and pass the torch in a way you keep the fire burning. Believe me it will be worth it the next time you meet as a family to share stories, and reminisce on the good times. Every future reunion, you will want to bring back many of the same traditions that you have established in the past. Pulling all this together into your very own family reunion planning binder, which includes files on a flash drive or CD will ensure you carry this flame forward.

Remember you are BUILDING ETERNAL MEMORIES!!!
